Terms of Service
Last updated: August 3, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Scrimma (the "Service"). By creating an account or using Scrimma, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. What Scrimma is
Scrimma is a practice-planning tool for sports coaches: it helps you build a drill library, schedule practices, structure sessions, and coordinate with assistant coaches on a shared team.
2. Your account
- You create your Scrimma account by signing in with Google. Because your Google account controls access to your Scrimma account, you're responsible for keeping it secure — for example, by using a strong password and turning on two-factor authentication on your Google account. If you believe your Google account has been compromised, secure it immediately and contact us.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the information and content you add to Scrimma.
- If you create or join a team, you're responsible for who you share your team's join code with — anyone with a valid code can join the team.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for anything unlawful, or to store or share content you don't have the right to share;
- Try to access another coach's or team's data without authorization;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to bypass the security of the Service;
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service without our permission.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the drills, practice plans, and other content you create in Scrimma ("Your Content"). By adding Your Content to a team, you agree that other members of that team can view, and where their role permits, edit it. You grant us a license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you and your team — for example, generating a shareable image of a week's schedule when you ask us to.
5. Service availability
Scrimma is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at our discretion.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scrimma is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scrimma and its operator won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
8. Termination
You may stop using Scrimma and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
